Project Management as a Service

We design our services for you in line with your needs and results and put together appropriate packages for long-term support of our customers. You can choose from over 70 services with corresponding delivery results, divided into 12 service clusters.

We have incorporated more than 20 years of experience into our project methodology – our reference model. Based on common standards such as IPMA, PRINCE2 and PMI, we draw on an extensive pool of playbooks, sample documents and templates that we have built up over the years. We work result-oriented and with a strong focus on documentation – because only if your project is sufficiently documented, it will stand up to any audits.

You have the choice: Take the complete package of our project management services or decide on individual services or subject areas that we can cover for you. We would then be happy to take over, for example, Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training, Test Management or the Project Management Office (PMO) for your project.

But how does this model finally work for you? As is so often the case, it is not possible without direct exchange. In a personal meeting, we will give you an understanding of our reference model, explain what is behind the various services and discuss together which of them are suitable for you. Often, this also reveals further gaps that still need to be closed. The corresponding pricing then results from the selected services and delivery results, as well as the respective scope of your project.
