As part of our services, which we offer as Project Management as a Service, the Project Management Office is an essential component.

We structure and administer your collaboration platform, e.g. based on Microsoft SharePoint or Atlassian Confluence – the latter preferably in combination with Jira. We organize, moderate and document project meetings, plan the various project phases and report on the current status. In doing so, we always keep the documentation up to date and take care of communication. For your project success, we always go the extra mile – not only to satisfy our customers, but to inspire them.

If you are less interested in support in a single project, but rather in setting up a central PMO, we will be happy to take care of that for you as well. To this end, we work with you to develop a general approach and corresponding guidelines for your operational project management in order to increase the success rate of your projects as a whole. We develop roadmaps, prioritize and structure project portfolios, and define standards. In doing so, we maintain a balance between methodological fidelity and pragmatism. We allocate resources, orchestrate processes, handle communication and manage your project managers.

The mere introduction of methodology and tools is pointless if no one knows how to apply them. This applies to individual projects as well as to the alignment of a holistic project organization. That is why we always conduct methodology training for the central project team of individual projects and train your project managers as the central PMO. Subsequent coaching during the entire duration of the project completes the whole.

An elementary component of our services is the setting up of a central reporting system for ongoing projects. With the SIRIUS Reporting Wizard, we have even developed our own tool to create reporting presentations – all at the push of a button. This way, you always have an overview of the current status of your projects and have the opportunity to intervene in a controlling manner.
