Your tasks

As we are a small IT team responsible for the entire company (approx. 50 employees), our tasks cover not only limited topics, but also the entire IT area:

We look after our IT infrastructure and make sure that everything runs smoothly (monitoring, patch management, documentation, etc.).
We help our colleagues with hardware and software problems (support).
This also includes the administration and configuration of our systems and (cloud) applications (user management, system adjustments, and much more).
We provide support in testing business processes after system upgrades (planning and coordination of tests).
And advise the company/division management on hardware and software and support the further development of the IT strategy (incl. IT security, compliance).
We manage our internal IT projects (technical/commercial/coordination of external service providers).

Your profile

optimal:

relevant completed vocational training with work experience (e.g.: IT systems clerk, information technology clerk, digitalization management clerk, IT systems management clerk)

optional:

lateral entry also possible with experience or interest and basic technical understanding of IT support/administration
team spirit and open-mindedness towards the concerns of the management and your colleagues
very good language skills in German and English

If you already have all the experience described above, that would of course be ideal. However, it is much more important to us that you have the desire to familiarize yourself with new topics. If you describe yourself as a curious, open-minded and reliable person with an independent and proactive working style, you have exactly the qualities we are looking for!
